These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EliteHR employee mobile app and HR web portal (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who the Service is for
The Service is intended for organizations and their employees. Access is provided by your employer/administrator.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share accounts or attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data.
- Role-based access controls apply (e.g., HR vs employee).
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
- Do not upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt system operation.
- Do not misuse document upload features (only upload documents you are authorized to submit).
4. Documents and content
If you upload documents, you confirm you have the right to upload them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Employers/HR administrators may define required document categories and validation processes.
5. Availability and changes
We may update or modify the Service to improve performance, security, or functionality. We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteHR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if misuse is detected or if your employment/authorization changes.
